RETURN & REFUND
1. What’s your return policy ?
We offer an easy return policy, allowing returns within 7 days from the delivery date for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request by emailing us at support@newme.asia or by downloading our app from the Play Store and App Store. Please note that refunds will only be issued for returned items.
NOTE : The return window for 90-minute, same-day, next-day and 2 days delivery is two days. Returns and exchanges are not applicable on items purchased during sales or offers such as Black Friday, BOGO, Festive sales, and for lingerie products.
2. How to return the order?
If you are unhappy with the products we are happy to help you.
Go to the ‘Me’ section from the home page> Select the order/product you want to return > Select the appropriate reason for returning the product> Submit the request.
Please note you will be notified via WhatsApp once the return is generated.
NOTE: Kindly ensure that the products are being returned in their original packet with invoice and unused condition. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return during the pickup process, as per our policy.
3. Why have I not received my refund even after the product was picked up?
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be initiated within 3-4 business days after your returned product passes our quality check. The refund will be processed to the UPI ID you provided when starting the return.
For Prepaid Orders: Once we pick up your product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, directly to your original payment method. Thank you for your patience!
4. Return Window Exceeded
We will not be able to accept this return as the return window has been closed for any order. We have 7 days of easy return (2 days for 90 minute and same day delivery) and would request you to apply for the return within this period for fair usage of our policies.
5. Exchanging my product
We are unable to exchange items for different colors or products. However, you can exchange your item for a different size (up or down) using the NEWME app, starting 24 hours after receiving your order. We have 7 days of easy exchange (2 days for 90 minute and same day delivery) and would request you to apply for the exchange within this period for fair usage of our policies

1. How to place an order?
Hey there! To place an order , Add the products you like to cart > Enter your details > Make the payment. And YAY! your order is placed!
2. What are the different types of payment?
For your ease, we have various modes of payment. You can use UPI/Credit & Debit Cards/Net Banking to place an order. We also have COD feature available feel free to explore the same.
(Please Note: For all orders an additional shipping fees of 49 rupees will be applied which is non refundable.)
3. Can I change/modify my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your address before the order is shipped, depending on service availability at your revised location. If we do not have services in your location, we won’t be able to process the address change. Please contact our support team at support@newme.asia or update your address via our app on the Play Store and App Store before your order is shipped.
4. How to cancel my order ?
On sale days (like black friday, BOGO, Festive sale), orders can’t be cancelled.
For COD orders, Orders once placed are confirmed and hence cannot be cancelled. We give a lot of time and our hearts to curate these pieces for you. Please place the order once you are sure.
For prepaid orders
You can cancel the order only by our App. Please follow these steps to cancel your order :
1. Login into the NEWME App.
2. Go to the “ME” tab.
3.Click on “Orders”
4. From the order list, select the order you wish to cancel.
5. Tap on the option “Cancel Item" Please follow – For paid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment mode within 24-48 hours. Please note that we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out.
Note - Once order is dispatched from our international warehouse it will not cancelled, For some urgent issue please contact our customer care team
DELIVERY RELATED
1. I still haven’t received my order. Where is my order?
Hey there! Our standard delivery timeline is between 10-15 business days, which includes the order processing time and delivery time. It may vary slightly depending on the location. Please allow us this period to deliver your order and we promise you it’s gonna be worth the wait.
2. Why is there a delay in the delivery?
If it is taking more time than expected to deliver your order, there is a possibility that we unfortunately have some logistical issues due to which your order was not able to be delivered to you on time. Again, this happens very rarely and only for a very few products which come from an international warehouse.
We are really apologetic for the same but we request you to please give us 5-7 days more and we shall be taking care of this. We promise you it’s going to be worth the wait.
3. My order got cancelled, why?
We strive to deliver the complete order in the same way you have placed and to absolute perfection so it makes you not only look good but feel good. However, sometimes due to high demand for a product, it can potentially become out of stock more quickly than we imagine and sometimes we might have to cancel due to quality issues etc. Please be assured that this happens very rarely and we are constantly improving our processes to help make your experience pleasant with us.
4. What is a split order?
When you select a few products from “Fast” delivery and few from “Standard” delivery under one order, the order will be split into 2 different shipments after the order is placed. You will be making the payment together for all the products but since the delivery timelines are different, the order will be delivered separately.
5. Why did the attempted delivery fail?
There may be different possible reasons for the delivery to fail while attempted by courier partners.
1.Wrong and incomplete address
2.Consignee Unavailable/Incorrect Phone Number
3.Entry Restricted Area
4.No payment made during delivery (For COD Orders)
5.Consignee moved/shifted
Please note, the order will be returned if the delivery fails on 3 attempts.
6. What are the delivery options available and are there any charges?
We offer various delivery options
1. 90 Mins Delivery - Order delivered within 90 mins - ₹49 charged for express delivery
2. 4 hour Delivery - Order delivered within 90 mins - Free delivery when available above ₹999 orders, ₹49 on orders below ₹999 and ₹99 on orders below ₹499
3. Same Day Delivery - Order delivered in the same day - Free delivery when available above ₹999 orders, ₹49 on orders below ₹999 and ₹99 on orders below ₹499
4. Next Day Delivery - Order delivered by next business day - Free delivery when available above ₹999 orders, ₹49 on orders below ₹999 and ₹99 on orders below ₹499
5. Standard Delivery - Order delivered within 3-5 days - Free delivery when available above ₹999 orders, ₹49 on orders below ₹999 and ₹99 on orders below ₹499
6. Standard International Delivery - Order delivered within 10-15 days - Free delivery when available above ₹999 orders, ₹49 on orders below ₹999 and ₹99 on orders below ₹499
Please note any sale order will attract a flat delivery fees of ₹49.
