This is the best cargo you can buy if you want that baggy fit, just go for a size us if you want more baggy look, I bought it in size 34 even when my waist is 32 so that I can get extra baggy look.

It’s nice and soft and fits live a glove. Do buy it. I got it in size M. I’m 5’1 and the length is a little long for me. I think it will be perfect for someone of height 5’4.
